3. What is minimum order?

+ For all kinds of clothing:

- Minimum order quantity is 300pcs or sets

               - Minimum order per design and per color is 50pcs
               - Minimum order quantity per size is 10pcs
      + For all kinds of handmade accessories: 200pcs per order, 50pcs per design

4. What is sample price?

- US$25 for one sample of smocked dress, smocked clothing, smocked two piece set, smocked pyjamas....

- US$50 for one sample of sheet set, car seat cover, suitcase…

- US$15 for one sample of T-shirt, pants without smocking

5. What is production time?

+ For order of 300 - 500pcs: about 30 days

+ For order of 500 - 700pcs:        about 35 days

+ For order of 700 - 1000pcs:     about 40 days

+ For order of 2000pcs:         about 45 days

+ For order of 3000pcs:              55 - 60 days

+ For order of 5000 - 10,000pcs:   70 - 80 days

+ For larger order:                        confirm later

3 - 7 days by Air

7. How can I make payment?

- For sample: you can pay via Money Gram, T/T or Western Union.

- For whole order: you can pay via T/T or Western Union

8. Can I use my own label/tag for dresses?

- Yes, we can add your label to the products that you order
Label charge: $250 for 5000 label/tag

9. Can I use my own designs and how do I apply it?

Yes, you can use your own design. Minimum quantity for your own design is 50pcs per design:

- If you already have got the images of your own designs, please send to us, we will make them for you

- If you only have got ideas of your custom designs without images, our designer will help you to make them into real images for your conference before producing.

10. Do I need to pay more for my own designs?

- Yes, the price for your own designs will add $0.5 extra per piece/set to our original design.

11. What is the price term?

- FOB price, Hanoi (this price does not include shipping cost.)

12. What is the payment term?

- For the order in value under US$5,000, please pay in advance

- For the order in value over US$5,000 and under US$20,000: Please deposit 50 % at before production and T/T 5 days before shipment

- For the order with value over US$ 20,000: We accept to use LC at signed.

14. How can I choose fabric colors?

15. How are these clothes packed?

Our products are packed in three following stage:

Stage 1: After being ironed, each item will be folded and put individually into a plastic bag

Stage 2: We put all into a five-layer carton box sized 50 x 55 x 55 cm. With this size of carton, it can hold about 150 normal dresses or sets (depend on size of products)

Stage 3: After put all items into the box, we use sticking-plaster to cover on the box and then put the stamp and glue the sender and receiver's address on it.

16. How are products shipped?

Depending on each order, we will suggest you how to ship products.

Take this sample:

- For an order of 50 - 200 kg, we suggest shipping by Fedex service, UPS, DHL, TNT

- For an order of more than 200kg, we suggest shipping by air or by sea ( depend the customer)

More details will be discussed along the process of placing an order.

17. What is your capacity?

Hand smocking children clothing: 500,000pieces or sets/year
Hand smocking accessories: 200,000pieces or sets/year

18. How long have you manufactured and exported children clothing?

We have been manufacturing and exporting children clothing since 2005.
