1. Minimum order, production time and shipping time for Wholesale Order
- Minimum order:
- For children clothing: 300pcs or sets
(50pcs or sets per design per color; 10pcs or sets per size)
- For all kinds of handmade accessories: 200pcs per order, 50pcs per design
- Production time:
+ For order of 300 - 500pcs: about 30 days
+ For order of 500 - 700pcs: about 35 days
+ For order of 700 - 1000pcs: about 40 days
+ For order of 2000pcs: about 45 days
+ For order of 3000pcs: 55 - 60 days
+ For order of 5000 - 10,000pcs: 70 - 80 days
+ For larger order: confirm later
- Shipping time:
By UPS, DHL, FedEx, and TNT: about 5-7 working days
By Air: about 1 week (depend on country, airport)
By Sea: about 1 month (depend on country, port)
2. Price term
- The price term is FOB price (Incoterm 2000)
(In short: FOB price is price of products and doesn’t include shipping cost)
3. Sample:
From Oct 01st 2011, we apply the new price for all samples:
- US$15 for one sample (T-shirt, pants without smocking)
- US$25 for one sample (smocked dress, smocked clothing, smocked two piece set, smocked pyjamas....)
- US$50 for one sample (sheet set, car seat cover, suitcase…)
- Maximum sample quantity is 10pcs
- Shipping cost: US$45 for 1 - 5pcs
US$55 for 6 - 10pcs

4. Payment:
The following terms and conditions of sale and payment requirements are for all customers:
- For the order in value under US$5,000, please pay in advance
- For the order in value over US$5,000: Please deposit 50 % within 3 days after you signed contract and the balance has to be made 5 days before estimated shipping date.
Please note that:
When the first deposit is made, cancellation is impossible. Moreover, your deposit will not be refunded. Because when the first deposit is made, we will start producing your order. The deposit will be used for initial cost to make your products as material, labor cost, etc.
5. Shipping:
BABEENI can deliver products to almost countries over the world. We can arrange the means of transportation up to customers’ requirements.Here are our suggestions:
- Shipment under 100kgs: shipping by UPS, FedEx, DHL, TNT
- Shipment from 100kgs-300kgs: shipping by UPS, Air freight
- Shipment over 300kgs: shipping by Air freight, Sea Freight
6. Discount, Return, refund Policy:
- In case your order does not arrive in perfect condition or wrong items were shipped etc. We will suggest you the best solution as: discount, replacement or refund depend on mistakes. You are advised to check the items at the point time of opening and make announcement by E- mail, telephone or fax within 1 week after the order arrival.
When you complain, you have to send us:- Photo of mistake products and explain which is the mistakes
- Quantity detail
- Since handcrafted products are not uniform as ones made by machine, size or color tone may be sometimes different delicately within a package of items. Please refrain from asking discount, returning or exchanging our products for such reasons.
- We are unable to accept discounts, returns and exchanges for the items that has been sold to the third party or used or damaged by the customers themselves.For Return and refund products:
- Shipping charges for return products are paid by the customer and the return products must be packed carefully and in original condition.
- When you return products, you must put the value of return shipment under $100, and note that: “return products, not for sales”
- After receiving return products, we will only refund the value of product (after discount). We don't refund any other cost such as shipping cost, taxes, duties, etc.
We will highly appreciate if the customers choose replacement instead of requiring refund. Replacement will be sent to you at no cost.
